Mike Marcinko

Occupational Health Services Manager

Mike Marcinko joined InCheck in 2022 as the Occupational Health Services (OHS) Manager. Mike brings over 12 years of experience in the Financial Services and Networking industries where he honed his client services, leadership, and mission-oriented skill sets.

As Occupational Health Services manager, Mike believes that creating a long-last positive experience for the client and candidates through a “people first” approach, anticipating their needs and concerns, and building a symbiotic partnership will ensure “client for life” results. His approach to leadership is about competency, positivity, and cultivating a workplace environment that positively effects all aspects of his team’s experience, both personally and professionally.

Mike is passionate about leading people, helping them reach their full potential, and giving back. Outside of work, Mike was most recently the chairman of the board for the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of commerce where he received a community partner award for Ally of the Year. He also served as President for a Business Networking International (BNI) chapter and as Vice President of the PTO at the elementary school his daughters attend.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Arizona State University and spent time in Israel and Egypt on an archaeological dig. These experiences helped lead Mike down the path of diversity, equity, and inclusion within his professional career. Mike resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Mike spends his free time hiking, taking spin classes, cooking, collecting vinyl records and fountain pens, reading, watching British murder mysteries, bakes the best cheesecake you’ve never had, and raising his two fierce daughters. Mike also has an 11-year-old rescue pit-bull named Jake and they both enjoy taking walks, eating snacks, and watching football together.
