A sport-obsessed kid-turned-entrepreneur, Andy’s approach to leadership is deeply influenced by his passion and lifelong involvement in athletics. A 35-year career as a basketball official and 10 years as a football official have contributed to a leadership style rooted in consistency, fairness, and trust-based decision-making.
