Kay Eason joined InCheck in 2022 as Senior Operations Manager. In this role, Kay provides leadership and hands-on support to the operations managers, while also guiding the continued growth and development of the Investigations, Verification Services, and Occupational Health Services teams. Additionally, she will establish and implement short and long-term organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures. Kay brings 7+ years of leadership experience to the team. She prides herself on being an inspirational leader who aligns personal and organizational values with initiatives that create passion and enthusiasm in employees.
Kay holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and Management, a certificate in Project Management, and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration/ Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
