Human Resources Manager

Meg Wein joined InCheck in 2021 as Human Resources Manager. She comes to InCheck with almost 14 years of experience in the banking sector, and almost 10 years of experience working in the human resources & training development field. In her role as Human Resources Manager, Meg uses her passion for recruiting to provide support to all team members through hiring and onboarding, policy creation and enforcement, employee relations, and benefits assistance. Her daily goal is to put the HUMAN in Human Resources, creating an environment that makes employees feel comfortable coming to her when needed. Volunteering and cultivating relationships with Community-Based Organizations is also something Meg is very passionate about.

Meg holds her Certificate of Human Resource Management from Cardinal Stritch University. She is currently enrolled at the University of WI Green Bay, working towards her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Meg is married to her high-school sweetheart with whom she has two boys as well as a dog and cat. She enjoys going on daily walks, hiking, and traveling as much as possible.
