Meg Wein joined InCheck in 2021 as Human Resources Manager. She comes to InCheck with almost 14 years of experience in the banking sector, and almost 10 years of experience working in the human resources & training development field. Meg also holds the SHRM Getting Talent Back to Work Certification.
In her current role as Director of Human Resources, Meg oversees both the Human Resource & Organizational Development function. Meg uses her passion for recruiting to provide support to all team members through hiring and onboarding, policy creation and enforcement, employee relations, and benefits assistance. Her daily goal is to put the HUMAN in Human Resources, creating an environment that makes employees feel comfortable coming to her when needed. Meg is heavily involved with company-wide DEI & employee engagement initiatives.
Meg holds her Certificate of Human Resource Management from Cardinal Stritch University. She is currently enrolled at the University of WI Green Bay, working towards her associate degree in Organizational Leadership. Meg is married and has two adventurous boys. She enjoys going on daily walks with her dog, hiking, and traveling as much as possible.
