Nicole Berryman joined InCheck in 2021 as Vice President of Sales. She is Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) certified and brings almost ten years of experience in the background screening industry as both a Small/Midsize Business and Enterprise Sales Manager to InCheck.
Nicole is responsible for working with InCheck’s Executive Leadership team as well as prospective clients, HR departments, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, and current clients. She provides the best solution to make the workplace a safe environment, consults, and answers any questions clients or prospective clients may have. Nicole is also responsible for sales strategy, account management, relationship building, staff management, and executive-level leadership.
Her goal as Vice President of sales is to hire, train, and grow InCheck’s sales team. Nicole will aim to drive client communications, service, and retention by establishing and growing relationships with clients and serving as a credible and trustworthy InCheck representative.
Nicole has 4 kids ages 17, 11, 5, and 2. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, sports, networking, and she is a major foodie!
