Whatโ€™s an NPS Score, and Why Does It Matter? If you’re new to NPS, itโ€™s a gold-standard benchmark companies use to measure how likely customers are to recommend their services. Customers rate how likely they are to recommend a company on a scale of 0-10, and the ratings are then grouped into promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), and detractors (0-6). Subtracting the percentage of detractors from promoters gives you the NPS. The higher, the betterโ€”and the average for our industry is just 41. 

A Score of 63? Thatโ€™s Something to Celebrate! Our new score signals overwhelmingly positive sentiment in our community. Most of our survey respondents not only recommend InCheck, but also consistently highlight the ease of use and prompt customer support as major reasons why.
