Kirsten Wiegman is an accomplished marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience developing and leading branding, marketing strategy, and sales support initiatives. She has built her career in diverse industries, delivering transformative results for organizations such as Alpha Source Group, Dohmen Life Science Services, and Manpowerโ€™s Business Solutions division. Kirstenโ€™s approach is marked by a clear vision for growth, attention to market trends, and a strong commitment to partnership.

Kirsten began her career in Milwaukee-area advertising agencies, managing key accounts and spearheading business development for clients such as Childrenโ€™s Hospital of Wisconsin, Pierce Fire Trucks, and Merillat Industries. Through these roles, she gained deep expertise in campaign management, creative direction, and stakeholder engagement across both B2B and B2C markets.

Kirsten joined InCheck in 2019 as Director of Marketing, where she quickly made an impact by elevating the companyโ€™s brand presence and growth strategy. Now serving as Chief Marketing Officer, she oversees all facets of the companyโ€™s marketing initiatives, with a focus on strengthening InCheckโ€™s brand and promoting its award-winning culture. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Kirsten holds a bachelorโ€™s degree in mass communications and journalism. This academic foundation informs her passion for impactful storytelling and authentic brand engagement.
