InCheck, a Background Screening Company Located in Wisconsin, Reorganizes for Growth while Ranking for the First Time on the HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen List of Screening Providers
Milwaukee, Wis. – December 22, 2020 – InCheck, Inc., a full-service background screening company located in southeastern Wisconsin, is pleased to announce its first-time ranking on the esteemed HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen ranking for screening providers. As the only screening company in Wisconsin to make the customer service-oriented ranking, InCheck is seizing the momentum following this recognition by reorganizing its leadership and sales organization.
“InCheck was launched almost 20 years ago, with a vision to be a better screening service provider to employers, youth sports, and volunteer organizations,” said Andy Gallion, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at InCheck. “We were pleased to rank on the 2020 HRO Today Baker’s Dozen list for screening providers, based on input from our customers regarding the high-touch service we provide. We strive every day to provide unrivaled experiences to our customers and their candidates, and would like to thank our customers for this national recognition.”
Earlier this year, InCheck launched a newly refreshed brand identity and messaging platform, focused on the collaborative and customized service they provide to Talent Management leaders and hiring managers. To meet the demands of growth, the InCheck organization restructured its internal leadership and sales organization for 2021. Gallion is pleased to announce the following promotions and new roles, all of which are structured to offer superior service to InCheck’s clients and their candidates.
Adam Kiehl, InCheck co-founder and formerly InCheck’s Chief Operations Officer, has been awarded the role of Chief Innovation Officer. In this position, Kiehl will lead product development and technology efforts, while continuing to offer strategic and process insights for InCheck’s largest clients.
Kiehl’s new role provides the opportunity for Rachel Theisen, formerly Director of Operations, to advance in the role of Chief Operations Officer. Theisen has progressed through strategic project and operations roles for the past 6 years, and leads InCheck’s operations, compliance, and account management departments.
Joining the business development and sales team is industry-veteran Dustin Dahl. As Sales Executive, Dahl will be driving the outreach, account strategy, and solution efforts for InCheck.
Ashley Voigt, formerly Talent Manager and long-time InCheck employee of 10+ years, has been awarded the position of HR Manager. Ashley will oversee the important role of recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees to meet the needs of the growing organization.
As InCheck looks forward to 2021, Gallion and Kiehl are excited to bring together this talented group of professionals to lead the organization into the next decade. “We’ve invested in our operations for the past several years, and believe we have something unique to continue to build on,” said Gallion. “This leadership team will focus their efforts on advancing a strong, efficient, resilient, and innovative organization, so our clients can continue to receive the high-quality service and solutions they deserve.”
