InCheck Named on 2021 HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen List for Enterprise Pre-Employment Background Screening Providers During an Exciting Time of Company Growth
Several industry experts join the leadership team, adding to operational bandwidth and further establishing InCheck as a top player in the background screening industry
Milwaukee, Wis. – November 23, 2022 – InCheck, Inc., a full-service background screening company located in southeastern Wisconsin, is pleased to announce its second consecutive year of ranking on HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for screening providers. This prestigious award surveyed over 1200 clients from over 500 companies. Clients ranked providers on important partner selection criteria and satisfaction ratings. When the results were in, InCheck achieved the Baker’s Dozen Enterprise ranking in several categories: Breadth of Service, Size of Deal (e.g., organizational capacity for large programs), Quality of Service, and Overall Score.

Nicole Berryman recently joined InCheck as Vice President of Sales. She is Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) certified and brings almost ten years of experience in the background screening industry as both a Small/Midsize Business and Enterprise Sales Manager to InCheck. Nicole will be hiring, training, and growing the sales organization at InCheck. Working with talent acquisition leaders, Nicole will develop customized solutions for client organizations.
Jen Waite joined InCheck in 2019 as Compliance Officer and was recently promoted to the role of Senior Operations Manager. With over 16 years of screening industry experience, Jen has the deep knowledge and leadership expertise to oversee operations in InCheck’s processing departments as well as continuing to oversee the Compliance team. Jen’s passion for efficiency and productivity is only rivalled by her collaborative and inclusive management style.
Mark Magsam joined InCheck in 2020 as Occupational Health Services (OHS) Manager leading the department that runs full-service, national Drug Testing and Health Screening Services. Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in the drug testing industry and works closely with his team to take a very proactive approach to program development and reporting. Because of Mark’s extensive knowledge of the industry, he frequently provides education and solutions to create a client-specific implementation solutions resulting in a positive client experience.
Heidi Clemens joined the organization this summer as Client Services Manager. Heidi comes to InCheck with 17 years of background screening industry experience including business development, operations, and account management. She manages the client services team and serves as product and services expert for both customers and InCheck team managers. Heidi is focused on process improvement and building smooth, seamless touchpoints and processes for both our clients and their candidates.
Meg Wein recently joined InCheck as Human Resources Manager. Meg brings almost 14 years of experience in the banking sector with expertise in the human resources and training development field. In her role as Human Resources Manager, Meg uses her passion for recruiting to provide support to all team members through hiring and onboarding, policy creation and enforcement, employee relations, and benefits assistance.
