Co-founders Andy Gallion and Adam Kiehl met on the Little League field in Southeastern Wisconsin. Their friendship endured, and in 2002 they created InCheck with a small personal loan from their high school baseball coach. Today, their commitment to growing gracefully through a service-first mindset and positive work environment has resulted in a successful business model–making InCheck a recognized player in the professional background screening industry.
