Andy Gallion is co-founder and Chief Development Officer of InCheck, Inc. Over the past 20+ years, he has collaborated with talent acquisition leaders to understand their organization’s unique screening needs and provide consultative guidance as an industry expert.

With a personal drive to build an inclusive culture and an outstanding service-oriented company, Andy is driving the InCheck organization to achieve the next level of growth. Andy holds a degree in Mass Communication from Winona State University. Outside of work, Andy’s passion for sports has led to a 30+-year career as a certified high school basketball official in his home state of Wisconsin. He and his wife Kim – a first grade teacher – reside in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin with their three daughters.
