Client Services Manager

Stephanie Maulden joined InCheck in 2022 as Client Services Manager. Stephanie comes to InCheck with almost ten years in the background check screening industry working in client services, implementation and account set-up, and FCRA disputes. Stephanie's knowledge of the screening industry and her focus on customer care ultimately elevated her to working as the primary escalations point of contact. She also has 12+ years of experience in a corporate setting with a focus on product statistics, strategic executive vertical analysis, outlier root cause analysis, client retention, and process efficiencies.

In her role as Client Services Manager, Stephanie leads the team responsible for customer care and account management. She collaborates with every department within InCheck to ensure client questions and concerns are being resolved. Her focus is on client retention and being proactive rather than reactive.

Stephanie is LEAN certified. She is married and has two dogs - Felix and Darla. In her free time, she loves to refurbish furniture!
