Client Service Manager

Heidi Clemens joined InCheck in 2021 as Client Services Manager. Heidi comes to InCheck with 17 years of background check screening industry experience including, business development, operations and account management. Heidi understands the EEOC, FTC and FCRA to ensure clients are compliant in their process. She will serve as product and services expert for both customers and team members, maintaining up to date product and industry knowledge.

As Client Services Manager, Heidi manages the account service team and works with every department within InCheck to ensure client questions and concerns are being resolved. She collaborates with InCheck clients to develop solutions to increase overall account efficiency. She is focused on process improvement and building smooth, seamless touchpoints and processes for both our clients and their candidates.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Management. Heidi also volunteers with the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), currently sitting on the Industry Best Practice committee. She has also received a PBSA FCRA Basic Certification. Heidi enjoys reading, crafting and watching her kids participate in their numerous sports activities.
