Rachel Morafcik

Chief Executive Officer

As InCheck’s Chief Executive Officer, Rachel Morafcik is responsible for InCheck’s growth and strategic direction. She drives InCheck’s vision, leading the organization around the strategic pillars of driving purpose, serving people, and focusing on innovative progress.

After joining InCheck in 2014 in a client and account management role, Rachel moved into an operations role overseeing InCheck’s Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) accreditation. She later oversaw the strategic operations of the investigations, verifications, occupational health, compliance, information technology, and client services teams as InCheck’s Chief Operating Officer.

As CEO, Rachel is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leading strategic alliances with customers and industry partners, and providing resources to develop emerging leaders within the organization.

A Milwaukee-area native, Rachel holds a bachelor's degree in biology, society, and environment from the University of Minnesota. Her commitment to advancing InCheck's mission of diversity and inclusiveness extends to the development of leaders at every level within the organization. She is an active member of the PBSA Industry Practices Committee and TEMPO Milwaukee. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, family, and dog, Argos. She enjoys reading, cooking, exercising, and traveling.
