Account Manager

David joined InCheck in 2016, as an Administrative Sales Assistant for Operations. Prior to InCheck, David spent his career in a variety of customer-service and Operations roles including call center representative and Workforce Management Analyst.

David ensures that InCheck clients have unrivaled experiences in customer service by assisting with account setup, updates, maintenance, or other questions. Even if he doesn’t know an answer, he finds it quickly, and responds accurately and efficiently. David’s expertise in Form I-9 and E-Verify, as well as his technical abilities, make him the go-to for special projects and client protocol development. He appreciates being part of an energetic and friendly service team who love what they do—laughing and smiling while the work gets done.

David has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southeastern University. He also brings years of leadership experience from his time in ROTC and the National Guard. David enjoys woodworking and crafting with wife Maggie, as well as singing, volunteering, gaming, and enjoying anything Sci-Fi or Fantasy related.
