Cyndi joined InCheck in 2016 in the Occupational Health Services (OHS) department, first as Coordinator, then Team Lead, and now as the department manager. Prior to InCheck she worked for 8+ years as an information recovery specialist at a healthcare organization.
As department manager, Cyndi leads the OHS group to provide an unrivaled customer service experience—not only for InCheck clients, but for candidates as well. She ensures the team takes a very proactive approach when it comes to issues, questions, delays or reports. Cyndi also trains new team members and develops new processes to make the department more efficient and accurate. She enjoys helping team members grow within their roles, and into other roles at InCheck.
Cyndi completed coursework in Criminal Justice from UW-Milwaukee, and holds an associate’s degree in liberal arts. She volunteers with community organizations and enjoys nature photography and baking.
