Adam Kiehl is Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) and Co-founder of InCheck, a nationally-accredited background screening and drug testing solutions provider for employers, volunteer groups and sports organizations.
Adam began his career in talent management as a recruiter more than 20 years ago, when he saw a gap in screening company capabilities. Together with Andy Gallion, Adam launched InCheck, to address the service and customization needs of organizations. He continued to lead InCheck as Chief Operations Officer for the next 15 years – driving year over year growth for the organization and implementing process and technology solutions for the company.
Today, in Adam’s role of CIO, he drives oversight of process improvement, partnerships, large client implementations, and technology innovation. He enjoys collaborating on complex programs and creating ideas in response to ever-evolving industry development.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his three children. You may also find him on the golf course, in his garden, supporting the local restaurant scene, or watching sports.
